Marrakech Express
 
This splendid spread is our summertime “house condiment,” which oozes simplicity and fosters addiction. Goes great with grilled chicken and roasted vegetables. Stores well refrigerated for a couple of weeks.
 
    
Ingredients
- One bunch of cilantro
 - One bulb of garlic (peeled)
 - 6 jalapeño peppers, stems removed
 - ¼ teaspoon cumin
 - ¼ teaspoon sea salt
 - ¼ cup Heart Smart Olive Oil (or more for desired consistency)

Chop, dice, blend, and enjoy!
