Elderberry Jigglers
Elderberries are steeped in history for their health benefits. Here’s a fun and easy way to work them into your family’s wellness regimen.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp. New Roots Herbal Elderberry Fruit
 - One 7-gram pouch Knox gelatin
 - 3 tsp. Sweet ‘n Slim Erythritol
 - 1 cup (300 ml) water
 
Instructions
- Simmer elderberries in the water for 20 minutes.
 - Strain to remove and keep berries
 - Stir in gelatin and Sweet ‘n Slim
 - Let cool and refrigerate several hours until firm
 - Cut into cubes
